I offer flexible freelance registrar support for galleries, museums, artists and collectors, drawing on over 10 years’ experience working with leading institutions including Pace Gallery and Antony Gormley Studio. I often work with clients who may not require a registrar on a full-time basis but still need reliable, professional support during busy periods or on specific projects. My background covers every aspect of registrar work, from day-to-day administration to managing large-scale international projects.

Services include:

  • Coordinating domestic and international shipping

  • Overseeing packing, handling, and installation

  • Drafting and managing consignment and loan agreements

  • Condition reporting and conservation liaison

  • Collection management and stock checks

  • Database administration and digital record keeping

Alongside this, I can draw on my previous experience to integrate more sustainable, environmentally conscious methods of shipping and collection care. From consolidating shipments to recommending greener packing materials and alternative transport methods, I am proud to offer practical solutions that support arts organisations striving to reduce their environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of care.

My recent projects have included managing and digitising a private collection of vintage prints by photographer George Platt Lynes, and supporting South London Gallery with condition reporting during a recent exhibition. Whether it’s short-term cover, ongoing projects or an extra pair of hands for an exhibition or art fair, I bring flexibility and experience to meet the needs of your team.
